Author Responsibilities and Duties

• Deadlines: All authors must comply with the deadlines listed on this website (paper submission dates, registration payment, etc.)
• Presentation: All accepted authors are expected to present in Lima, Peru.
• Payment of Fees by the Deadline: WMC 2026 does not require a fee to submit an abstract. However, we count on your professionalism to pay your registration fee by March 17, 2026, if your paper is accepted. Failure to pay by the stipulated deadline may result in the removal of your oral or poster from the program and (if applicable) your paper from the proceedings. Presenters of multiple presentations need only to register once.
• Papers: All oral authors MUST submit a full (no more than 10 pages). Papers are accepted for oral presentations.
